Shipping and delivery
BUNU SINGH KHADKA packs every order in Corlette and ships frozen across Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 15 business days from dispatch. Remote and regional addresses can take longer, and the tracking link always shows the current position of the parcel.
Cold chain
Boxes are lined and packed with dry ice, sized for the distance the parcel travels. Open the box as soon as it arrives and move the contents to a freezer at -18°C or below. Some frost or a light frost haze on arrival is normal; if the product is soft or warm to the touch, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
Lost or damaged parcels
- Parcel lost in transit: contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Parcel damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Orders are not shipped to addresses outside Australia.
